Lillibella ships orders using Australia Post. Your order will be shipped within 10 working days from the time of order placement. Lillibella does not accept responsibility for any losses or damages occurred in the process.

The delivery times provided by Lillibella are estimates only and Lillibella will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Lillibella can not be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses. Australia Post regular postal service will be used to deliver your items to you.  Please note, longer delivery time may occur in some area.

If your order is urgent please notify Lillibella for an express delivery option. All international shipping will be conducted through Australia Post, subject to change and price and depending on location.  All efforts will be made to contact these customers if an extra charge is required and goods will be held until contact is made.

Delivery Tracking

For delivery and tracking detail for your order please contact customer service and supply us with your name, address, email and date of order.

Acceptance of the goods

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault(s).

Refunds & Returns

We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items. We will happily exchange or refund your item provided the item and its packaging is in its original condition with the original tags attached.
